just saw this report in the local newspaper and thought I'd post the link.
It's designed for Australians who can't/don't want to access counsellors face to face, or live too far away, and has lots of checklists etc. It's a program sponsored by the Australian Government and a local University, not some shonky place trying to sell you useless stuff.
It apparently has a 12 week self-directed program which is free.
