it is nothing personal about this forum or the wonderful people i can so relate to...
but for me it is just too overwhelming to keep reading so many things and i allow myself to and have to stop.
i am seeing my natural dr and am taking supplements inc lecithin and passion flower drops that are helping with the withdrawls , more than the xanax did even,from cymbalta and i do not intend to take any psyc. drug again once this is out of me.

i cant find a place to un-subcribe from and thought i changed my settings to not get emails but still am so can someone please tell me how to not belong to this forum anymore.

i wish everyone God speed and the very, very best i truly do.
