Posted 15 August 2010 - 12:06 PM

im posting this because im looking for help with the withdrawal symptoms specifically the nausea, i was taking 60mg of cymbalta twice daily for the past year up until about a week ago when my Dr pulled me from it because i developed hypertension. being 26 this was a concern now i find that cymbalta is a royal pain to stop taking without feeling like absolute garbage, which brings me to this forum im looking for some help with my symptoms and was wondering if anyone has some tips that i could put to use.

Hi Adam, I'm a relative newbie to the forum, and just noticed you had no answer. How are you feeling now? I read around the forum and found mention of the use of Omega3 supplements. Right away I began using flaxseed oil and after 24 hours of that, I went out to dinner with a friend and ate an entire meal with no nausea. I was also able to walk down the block to get more Omega3 supplements and FOOD. I feel both a little nauseated and ravenous. When I get my belly full I feel much better. Sometimes I just fill it with vegetables from my garden (thank goodness I have it), but I am craving protein sources. I hope you are feeling better than when you started this thread. :)

I am starting on the omega 3 fish oil and vitiman E. I am having salt cravings and don't know why. Anyone else?
