I am going through withdrawal hell with all the typical symptoms I have read about. I am just wondering if any kind of System Flush will help symptoms go away any quicker? Does anyone have experience with this?
Can't hurt but this drug is stored in your fat cells...good idea either way to do all you can to support and strengthen your adrenal glands, liver, thyroid, heart.

Silly question but what is Niacin?
Hey again Pam!
Niacin is vitamin B3. Since I started weaning I´ve taken a B-vitamin complex prescribed by my GP. I feel that B vitamins in general help (not as a flush system though). Ask your doctor before taking any vitamins

I have always taken a B12 vitamin suggested by my psychiatrist....she said it helps with energy. Maybe I will go to a Health Food store and look into adding a B3 as well.
I am preparing for this battle. Gathering all my troops(vitamins, good nutrition, exercise) for the long haul.

YES it does - if you do it right.
Sounds like what you want a full detox.
I HIGHLY recommend reading both of these books:
"The Clean Program" Dr Junger (all about detoxing the right way!)
"The Mood Cure" Julia Ross (all about symptoms and supplements that benefit
I'm going to start sounding like a sales-person, but I have been following recommendations from both books and having amazing results so far.

Hi,I have met many people who recovered fully after long term AD use. The human body renew itself thank God, but it takes a hell of a long time in some cases.
God bless & speedy recovery to everyone
