First of all, your health and the health of your baby will be the most important. A lot of us here have lost our jobs, or had other employment repercussions due to the mood changes and thought drifting. Do you have family or trusted friends that may be able to help you? You will need a lot of support through this.
PLEASE speak to your doctor immediately about supplements (not just pre-natal vitamins) that help with the withdraw. (There are some out there, but with being pregnant you need to make sure which are ok to take)
