I agree with Karen, going from 20 to 0 even with another drug could be rough. I was a little more aggressive with my dose reduction, I went from 20 to 15ish, then 12, 10 down to 5mg I did the drops every 2 weeks or as I stabilized. I am on day 3 of no Cymbalta, so far so good. My biggest w/d symptom is a wicked headache. I was only on 30m for 2 years for GAD, but when I went cold turkey for a few days it will awful.
Go slow, and listen to your body, there is no need to suffer the w/d symptoms.
