Hi Eunice,

Not clear on your situation, but one thing to do is read the website as best you can. It is not organized in the best way, but there is alot of good ideas here. Weaning slowly seems to be the best, dropping off suddenly can cause the worst side effects.

Can you go to someone alternative like a chiropractor, who does kinesilology and works with supplements....it helped me. Good luck to you.
