Dear Friend:
This medication is prescribed as and antidepressant and for body pains. From the posts I´ve read on this site. People who took the medication for body aches, start having emotional symptoms when quitting it. And viceversa, people who took it for depression start having body pains when quitting it.

I took it for major depression. And since I started weaning, I´ve suffered a long list of pains, I never had before (heart, lungs, feet, liver, ears). Or previous pains that I had reappear (neck, back). It has been very scary.

yes i have been having severe muscle pain and weakness all over. it is debilitating. thankfully only had a few brain zaps today though.... but i could hardly walk and even sittting up was hard coz i feel so weak. i had to keep lying down. seriously feel like i have the flu but i know i dont!!! what a horrible drug.

Hi Michelle:
I also had flu like symptoms when I started weaning 8 months ago. Recently (2 weeks ago) I had flu symptoms. I didn´t know if it was the real flu or withdrawal.
