OMG, Cymbalta withdrawal has lately turned me into a moody monster with horrible RAGES that come on in the blink of an eye. I'm a stay-at-home-mom and lately my 3 yr. old has seen me go from happy to white hot-screaming rages and anger that take ages to calm down from. Please, does anything help this? I have never had such anger and rage in my life, and I'm a pitiful person screaming at a 3 yr. old child for being a 3 yr. old! I am lucky that hubby & I are very firm on our "no spanking" policy so DD is free from physical harm though I find myself getting urges to just spank and spank and punish her all day for doing one wrong thing. (Today, for instance, she was peeling paint off places in our house, and she knows she not supposed to do that especially since we live in an older house and under the new paint, there is no doubt the lead-based stuff. But I couldn't stop yelling at her, and the poor thing was so scared, she spent a good 20 minutes hiding/lying until the futon while I finally resorted to taking a Klonopin to help calm myself down).

What can be done for the rages. if anything? Please tell me it gets better!

Hi - just saw your post. I am having the same problem (and I am a SAHM with a 3 yr old). Has it gotten better over time?? Pls tell me there is hope.

Don't feel alone on the rages. Before I shot myself I punched through my bathroom door and the wall. This is just a horrible drug.
