Today is day 30 Cymbalta free. I thought I was doing good but am still getting anxiety and depression. I thought this was from something else but just wondering what's the longest time somebody has had withdrwal symptoms. Answer the poll or just leave a comment.

Rick-
Do you think that upping your dose of Prozac might help with the depression?

Is there a better choice in AD's that might address the anxiety and depression? I know that some can be stimulating while others can be somewhat relaxing.......

I'm already taking 40mg Prozac. I think the depression is coming from an outside source rather then Cymbalta withdrawal. I was just curious as to how many people were still experiencing effects after a month.
