Im on about day 60 of cold turkey. Ive lost 10 lbs since i stopped but only because i started a vigorous training routine and healthy diet. Now besides that everything in my life has spiraled out of control. I have severe mood swings and find myself apologizing for outbursts. Also i have little feeling of self worth and my social anxiety is the worst its ever been. I am constantly tired and have a general lack of motivation.The worst of all is the muscle/ connective tissue pain in my jaw, thumb base, wrist pain and cramps.

I have been off a week. Trouble with brain zaps before -- much worse now.
Flatulence (gas)terrible on drug, seeming to be a bit less -- MAJOR REASON FOR STOPPING
Joint pain -- on and off the drug.
SWEATING -- OMG will this end?
Feeling emotional. Crying more. But like others have said, it feels like I'm alive again.
I was sleeping hours and hours and hours. Now I have a hard time sleeping.
I am also on tenazapam at night. Still taking that.
I just wonder how long it will take for withdrawal to end.
I have gone off prozac, paxil, seroquel, ..... never have had trouble like this.
AND -- how do I differentiate between withdrawal and -- darlin' you need to be taking something because you're not doing OK?
