This site has some awesome information regarding how Omega 3 helps. Plus tons of information regarding antidepressant withdrawal.
It is a site for the drug Effexor, which is in the same "class" of drugs that Cymbalta is in, SNRI.

Interesting stuff.

One thing I read that was really interesting on the link was that low levels of progesterone in women could cause anxiety. I think that is something really interesting to know.

Anyone else know anything about low progesterone levels and anxiety?

A natural progesterone cream works really well to help counteract "estrogen dominance", which may explain terrible mood swings and other menopausal symptoms, including anxiety. Life-Flo and Heartland Products both have good ones.
