Splitting Up Capsules cutting the meds

First, i just found this forum. thank you. i thought i was crazy with brain zaps. i couldnt describe them but that is exactly what i feel. and the sweating. and the headaches. and the weight gain. all from trying to GET OFF THE DRUG!!
Anyway, i want to cut the dosage. i have 30 mg capsules. when i open them, there are 200 little balls! is there an easy way to get half and get them back into a capsule.
Thanks again and good luck to all trying to kick this drug.

i should have looked harder. found the answer to my own question. this is going to be harder than i thought :)

yes, there is a topic on this site about weaning off Cymbalta by taking out so many beads at a time follow this link to check it out.
