I have been on Cymbalta 60mg for about 5 or 6 years now. Definitely helped me early in the routine. Of late I'm not convinced of it's efficacy, but I have been reluctant (as has my Dr.) to get off it because of the severe withdrawal symptoms. In any case, I was a bit forgetful the last few days and neglected to take my dose this past Saturday, Sunday and only took my Monday dose late evening at 6pm about 9 hours later than usual.
I have been nauseous, experiencing sensitivity to cold (I normally keep the house at 72 and the rest of my family are all cold) where I had to shut the AC on a hot humid summer day, and I've had a low grade migraine since Monday morning. All the symptoms started Monday morning and I didn't put two and two together until Monday evening (3 missed doses). Took a dose Monday eve at 6pm and another today, Tuesday at 12 noon and plan to take my regular dose at 9am on Wednesday.
The question (yes there is one :-):
I originally thought my symptoms were a stomach virus or bad food (I had a large Sushi dinner Sunday night, something I don't generally eat), but last night when I realized I had missed three doses, I suspected that as the culprit. So I've now taken 2 doses and I am still experiencing the migraine and the nausea is a little subsided.
Am I to assume that this is likely all due to the 3 missed doses? And when will I feel normal if so?
Thanks...
