Hi all!!

Was put on 30mg from 60mg yesterday. So today I am 2 days into the new "adventure". I woke up this morning and felt drained...like I hadn't slept at all...but in fact....I slept more than usual! I thought at first maybe I was just tired from all the hoopla with the DC earthquake yesterday (quite the adrenaline rush for me) but as the day has progressed, I've noticed little things. But like all the folks that went through this earthquake that are finding cracks EVERYWHERE now simply b/c they are looking for them, I don't want to think every little ache/pain/thing is related. But, I do have to wonder I guess.

Right after lunch, I noticed my right ear ringing twice. it didn't last long but was VERY loud until it faded out. Then shortly after that I actually noticed my brain...like...feeling it there for the first time. Now...I have what feels like a sinus headache....but the "odd" thing is that I did some lite yoga type stretching and when I did a toe touch type "upside down" stretch, the pounding in my head felt GOOD instead of ungodly....like it usually is with a migraine or other type of "normal" headache. But general head movement itself hurts.

So...do these sound about right for the withdrawal? I mean...I know that they could all be related to a gazillion things. But, anyone else feeling it?

Maybe I just needed to talk.... Thanks for listening!!

Hello:
During dosage decrease I have also felt drained, ears ringing, headaches, I don“t know about the symptoms you mentioned about feeling your brain for the first time.
