I have been on Cymbalta 60mg for over 3 years For severe back pain and mood,I have had four back surgeries.,I am now going to have a nuro stimulator put in my back in 3 weeks.,I have had alot of side effects,sweating,annxious,cant sleep. also sexual side effects ( I can start the race but cannot finish ) I hope thats not x rated.I talked to my pain management doctor and he took me down from 60mg to 30 for a week then stop..Jimminy cricket I am going nuts.I just got done yelling at everyone in the house for nothin.My mind is racing,and my brain is zapping me,I try and lay down to help but I cant take this. I am going out of my mind...I NEVER want to be on dependent drugs again

Hi Allen. Hang in there - you're NOT going mad.

I was on 60mg for nearly 3 yrs, then 30mg for 3 weeks then stopped. Holy shit, what a ride!

It's been likened to heroin withdrawal & it's NO FUN AT ALL! But, there is a light, trust me. I'm 6 weeks "clean" now & pretty much human again. Still getting the odd brain zap but not much else. Very manageable now. I started taking a whole heap of natural stuff including UDO 3, 6 & 9 about 3 weeks into my withdrawal. Good stuff I guarantee you. Helps calm the rage & ease the pain along with fish oil 1500mg x 3, olive leaf extract oil & rosehip caps for pain too.

I was never into this natural stuff awhile ago but I've changed my mind. There's something in it for sure.

Share some of the stories throughout this forum with your loved ones & hopefully they'll give you a bit of grace. I know I couldn't have done this without my hubby's understanding.
