2 Days After Stopping Hot face

I took Cymbalta 30mg for just two days, then stopped due to nausea. The last pill was Saturday night. This is Monday. Since yesterday my face has felt like I have a fever -- hot, but I don't have one. Could this be a withdrawal symptom after only TWO pills?
