Cold Turkey

has anyone tried to quit cold turkey from taking 120 mg daily? I missed one dose and am having nightmares last night and this morning my brain feels like it is jerking. Are the withdrawal symptoms really any less by tapering off>

I wish I could offer support, but I have no idea. From what I've read on the site those who wean have just as severe withdrawal effects. I'm cold turkey off of 60mg and I'm finally starting to feel a bit better. However, my lack of concentration is coming back and my doctor has recommended Wellbutrin so I may have to give that a try if I don't feel great in a week.

Edit: I've also read that low doses of Prozac make the withdrawal effects much more tolerable.
