Hi all,

I have been Cymbalta free since the 15th August of this year. At first I was delighted and felt much more alive, emotive, etc. However, since the winter has set in I have been struggling at work with concentration. My mind is racing around and I find it much harder to write emails, reports as I am struggling to get the words out. In some ways I feel so much better with sex drive and my humour is back but I am feeling like my IQ had dropped considerably and I am sometimes manic.

The main withdrawals went a couple of months ago but I am beginning to wander if I should go back on or perhaps look into another drug. I have tried all of the nutritional ideas like St John's Wort, 5htp and L Tyrosine to no avail. Omega 3 and Berocca were awesome for the withdrawal symptoms though.

Has the Cymbalta done something to my mind or am I just someone who needs something on a permanent basis.
