I'm at week 5 of being at 0 cymbalta (after a taper over a month) after taking it for 5 years (60 mg/day)


and this is the first day of no dramamine... well, I did have to take a small dose of phenergan (nausea med).

I pray that this is the turning point....
Exercise and stopping caffiene helped alot
