Last night I decided I was quitting these 2 drugs. I have been taking them both for about 7 years and the doses are fairly high... cymbalta is at 60mg 2x day and my lamictal is 200mg 2x day. Since they are so high I am going to stop my night dose first. I'm not sure if both at the same time is a good idea but they both have really bad withdrawal symptoms that mimick each other, so why go through it twice.
After reading the posts on here i'm pretty certain I am scared s***less...but atleast I know what to expect, though I don't think anyone can be really prepared.
I also take wellbutrin and trazadone and I am going to continue these with the hopes they might help.
Day 1...To be or not to be!!!
