So Taking 20Mg Every 3 Days Is Wrong? Opening up capsules vs not taking daily

Hi-

Ive been taking 20mg every third day for about 3 months with no ill affects.

I decided to COLD TURKEY it on Saturday. Today is the 4th day and the dizzy zaps are really coming on strong.

I can assume though that I have tapered to some degree, correct?

This is all so confusing.
