OMG! I thought this was just me. I never ever taken drugs that have given me withdrawals before. I thought I am going CRAZY. The brain zaps are the worst. The only 2 symptoms I am not able to deal with are the intense anger and the brain zaps. I am in the process of looking for another job, non med related, and just decided to look at the withdrawal symptoms as I have been off cold turkey for 2 weeks now. I only started these meds for anxiety not even depression. Here I am now depressed, crying, not wanting to get out of bed, having issues with my relationships. I would have never ever ever gotten on this to begin with. I am going to work through this. With the help of my boyfriend, I am going to make these stop. I do not have a year to deal with it. I am going to be well, without meds.
I will definitely keep people posted on how I do. I understand it is frustrating to see people having the same issues, but now knowing what they did to help themselves.
<3 to everyone that is going through this. I am going to put all my energies into fighting this for everyone dealing with it.
