Sleep..help..awake For 16-20 Hrs possible side effects due 2 weaning?

AWAKE..feeling good..but would like to hear some ideas on getting regular sleep pattern?

While weaning off..'poison'

Doing 60mg every other day..ONLY been since Jan.10, 2012

Dont want another 'med' looking for ideas on OTC short term way.

Ok feeling alittle annoyed that I got no replys in regards to aiding in getting some sleep..during weaning..THANKS

Unisom 1 tablet..I pretty well.
