Im no doctor. But for me, I was prescribed singulair for my allergies. Jut so happened to start it during my withdrawal from cymbalta (cold turkey) and it helps SO MUCH with the withdrawal symptoms. I know benadryl is commonly used so if you try using just benadryl or maybe zyrtec and forget the prozac, it might help. Just a suggestion!

How often did you take the singulair? Sounds good to me if it stops the headack I have been getting. I have to go from 90mg and I don't have a doctor anymore as we moved to canada and there are no doctors taking new patients. What a pain! I've been on antidepressents for close to 15 years and just came to the realization that I was better off them than on. Any help to reduce the side effects would be helpful.

good question. I'm wondering if benedryl or zyrtec would help with brain zaps.
Of course prefer something that won't make me drowsy at the same time. I might try one of these and see if it helps.
