Help
So I quit cold turkey 4 days from 60mg and...I'm feeling strangely OK. Like, the last two days I've actually been in an unusually good mood and have been feeling really positive about life and my future. After 10 years of depression/medication hell, I'm very suspicious. Could this be a side-effect of coming off the Cymbalta? Or does this mean that MAYBE, just MAYBE...the medication was making things worse?
My doc suspects that I'm bipolar, but I've never experienced true mania, just depression. I think the happy might be "normal", but of course after years of being told otherwise, I might be confusing "normal" with mania. I don't feel like going out and doing reckless things or anything, just I feel like my life might actually be ok.
So is this unusual? I've been reading everyone else's experiences and it seems that I'm unusually lucky. No withdrawal effects so far, though I'm also taking Seroquel and Latuda and haven't stopped those yet.
