Cymbalta And Lithium? withdrawl of cymbalta while on lithium

I have been on 60 mg of cymbalta for 4 years, and 600 mg of lithium as well. I am on day 6 of 30 mg of cymbalta, and I too have had pretty horrible withdrawls.
headache, brain zaps (at times) dizziness, nausea ( only 1 night) sleepiness, or sleeplessness. Very big appetite. I am not going to give up. I think this medicine is over prescribed and very dangerous. I have been on some kind of "cocktail" for 15 years. I am concerned that these drugs are doing more harm than good.
