A good day! No, I will not ask why I had such a good day, not great, just good. Hmm, I was hardly dizzy, not panicked, able to get a few things done. I am rather happy to have felt "normal", I watered the garden, sat outside with the critters, made a yummy meal for the family, felt kind of nesty and at home.. maybe there is a light.
Today I take the jump down to 15 mgs, but eliminating the valium with it, thats what I did yesterday, maybe the valium was the culprit..who knows. Husband is an angel, he made me my first 15mg capsule, wow, I am a cheap date:)
