Hi, I posted on a different topic not long ago, when I was starting to decrease my dose from 40mg to 20mg. I am currently on 20mg of Cymbalta, and have stopped taking the benadryl because the symptoms have became bearable after a couple of weeks. I've been in many different anti-depressants for the past 4 years, and even though I never got a complete diagnosis from any one of my doctors, I'm aware I'm a very sensitive person and I suffer from melancholic personality. That means I usually think too much about things, take things too seriously, and always have this feeling of nolstalgia inside of me....but i don't want to keep taking antidepressants for the rest of my life cause all they have done is turn me into this numbed person that doesn't cry, but doesn't laugh either. So I would really like to keep on going with my tapping off process of the Cymbalta and then I would like to start a more natural path to feel better and keep my mood up. I'm exercising more, a signed up for dance classes, I'm doing mediation/relaxation, etc. I would also like to take supplements that help with the mood and the fatigue in general...so I wanted to hear some ideas from you. I've heard about St. Johns and vitamin B complex, but I also heard that for women taking contraceptive pills these supplements are contraindicated. Do you know more about that? I tried omega supplements before and the capsules were just impossible for me to swallow (I can't swallow large tablets or capsules).....so I don't know what else would be good.....
Thank you for your time!!!

Greybear,

I must say I admire you for been able to live without a TV!!! That would be my final goal in a utopic world....but I must confess I feel a little lonely sometimes and I just turn the TV on to hear some noise ;)
Thank you sooooo much for your tips. i'm checking the nutritional website and finding a doctor to perform a food allergy test on me. I understand what you say about food allergies.

I'll stay in touch!
