I remember going through a phase of weird sleep patterns too. Some of it could be the increased Prozac, because I also had a huge increase in energy (almost mania symptoms) when I tried to up my dose to 40mgs (2 weeks into the withdrawal). During my withdrawals, I was still taking 1/2 an Ambien to help me sleep, so that would knock me out when I didn't actually feel sleepy. Like GB said, try the Melatonin at night, that will probably help some. And then also, just forcing yourself to stay awake during the day so that eventually you will be sleepy at night. Good luck!!
