I am into my 5th week without Cymbalta. I think I have gotten over the worst of it. I did have to go back on my heart meds for those of you who were concerned. My mornings are still pretty bad but a big part of that is the chronic pain from 7 herniated discs. I think the withdrawal is over. I have decided not to go on any more anti depressants. I am going to fight this with exercise and diet. we will see. Thank you to all of you who supported me and had such kind words for me during the really dark days. Especially you MJ. You know who u are. I think you maybe saved my life and possibly some other peoples as well. Take care. I will keep u posted. MOK
