IMPORTED DRUGS ARE NOT LEGAL IN THE U.S.

Everyone here needs to know that Eli Lilly holds the patent for Duloxetine (Cymbalta) in the U.S. Therefore, no U.S. drug company can manufacture Cymbalta until the patent expires in 2011 (or maybe 2012).

Currently, all versions of "Generic Cymbalta" are imported drugs from another country, and they are not legal.

The F.D.A. has not approved any generic version of Cymbalta!

Legal issues aside, it is dangerous to order imported drugs because there is no way to know if the drug is real or not. Imported drugs, especially drugs claiming to be "generic" versions, are scams. There is no way to know what chemicals (or poisons) might be used in these so-called "generic" drugs because these drugs are not checked by any medical agency.

Please do not endanger your health by ordering imported drugs!
