Hello ,

my current combination of antidepressnats are cymbalta , lamictal , escitalopram

now as i wanted to stop cymbalta my doctor has decreased my dosage from 60 mg to 40 mg and put me on clonazepam 1 mg but as i read some reviews on other sites i found this drug is good for rest less lets syndrome which i have feeling light electric shots feeling in my legs but i found that this drug is very addictive so what is your suggetion should i shift from cymbalta to clonazepam or continue cymbalta ? which drug is better i posted earlier my post i will die in either case so after reading that i insisted my doctor to withdraw cymblata

I tried Clonpin for the anxiety associated with Effexor withdrawal, but it didn't seem to help much. What DID help was Ativan, but it seemed to me that I could get addicted to that very easily so I only take it when it's absolutely necessary.

I'm really disgusted with this spam!!! Even more disgusted with the fact that the folks who run this board don't care about this board and the people on it! It is a waste of our time to have a notification about a new post only to discover garbage. Obviously they started and continue this board to make money through the advertising. I wouldn't even be surprised if they were doing the spam themselves.
For those of you who are here to find information, assistance and understanding...this is becoming the wrong place for that :x Come on over to WWW.CymbaltaSurvivors.Com, where you will not be assaulted by spam & where people really care :!:

Years ago, I got Klonopin 2mg along with my very first SSRI (Celexa, I think) because I was having panic attacks in the context of a severe depression. (My life was falling apart too and this kicked off my journey into the world of psychiatric treatment at the tender age of 37.Now I can joke..then I was a mess).
It worked on the anxiety pretty well and helped with the panic attacks significantly and right away. PERSONALLY I didnt want to be on it every day for life because it made me tired, so as I got better I took it prn. I believe it has addiction potential as it is a longer acting drug and a dern good "chill pill." Take it, feel nice and mellow for a good while. Pleasant, yes, but I can see how easily one can used to the feeling. (You have to learn to tolerate SOME anxiety)
Some docs allow it as a prn and you have to be the judge of how well it works for you as opposed to a shorter acting drug like Xanax or Ativan.
Theres my two cents. I wish you wellness no matter what.

Hi,
I've been a fairly low dose (.5mg, once daily, with a second if needed. 95% of the time, it's just the one).

I'm not sure if it's habit forming. I did go off for 3 days, and had some headaches, etc. but not sure if it was just the Cymbalta withdrawals resurfacing.

Basically, I like clonazepam, it's seems to work nicely for me, and I don't have any side affects.
