Hi Jen
I've been off of Cymbalta for 65 days but last week I increased my running mileage to 3 miles. It was hot and I over exhausted myself and "I had a day relapse of mild symptoms return". I was really tired for 2 days also...plus the dreaded headache return (which I headed off with my secret formula from my Neurologist). So" Yes", it can happen.... but...it seems to only last for a short while (if you rest and really take care of yourself).
Good luck and let us know !
Blessings,
Sumer

Hi... it's been that way for me - about 9 weeks now. The symptoms ran a gamut then subsided and started again with varying severity.
From mild confusion to extreme mood swings and aggression - depression, s-ideation, crying oh so much and long - brain zaps different than effexor withdrawal zaps.. restless legs - constant hot flashes, some days recently all day back to back with no let up -
sweater on, then off, all day for almost a week solid, now some spaces, hours in between. Weakness at first that was general, went away and now came back different quality. General ok, but unable to perform simple actions without feeling like a weakling, my muscles not working - felt like a small child forgetting I was too small to do things, even lifting my hand bag made me struggle.. very weird.. extreme drowsiness has come and gone all along. Ebb and flow. I figure it took a while for the full effect to take place in the first place.. coming off will be the same. I was 120 mg at the advise of my doc for about six months.

Thank you all for your encouraging words. They symptoms did not last long at all. Friday my husband left me. He said it was over. So of course I was extremely upset. But I did not get any brain zaps. Even when he called and wanted me to come see him. We argued and fussed...still no withdraw symptoms. So maybe they are gone for good?? Wouldn't that be nice! My husband asked if I wanted him to come home. I told him no, I didn't want him home unless he WANTED to be there. Well, he decided to come back and we are going to try harder. But my point is, through all that I didn't feel any cymbalta crap coming back.
