Hello everyone. 

 

This is post number 500, and it's time I freed up a little bandwidth on this forum. After reviewing my postings, I see that I am beginning to repeat myself- so it's time for a break.

 

I hope I have contributed some insights from my experience with Cymbalta that others find helpful, and I sincerely wish you all a safe and speedy recovery!

 

I have some projects that require my attention, but hopefully I will be able to look in from time to time and contribute something useful.

 

I chose the name thismoment because it means something to me: this moment is the only point in time that is truly real, and I strive to live there. Every minute I struggle to keep my mind from disappearing into the painful past, and from getting lost in the turmoil of an imagined future. 

 

We can only help one another, do good work, share our minds, accept ourselves, and learn to love, on that slender moving ripple that separates the past from the future.

but I know that you must do what is best for you...

It really makes me so very sad thismoment. You and fishinghat were here when I found this forum.

Without it I would not be where I am today in my struggle of coming off this poison.

But closer to freedom than I would have been. I will be forever grateful 2 you both....

I will miss you & you will be always in my prayers.

What you left to all of us here was your name..This Moment...You honestly gave members here hope with your belief in This Moment. Oh my!  I am just return from a busy week and am just reading this post.   Your insights are priceless and certainly continue to help many who pass through these posts.   I do understand the need to focus on personal projects - life must goes on.    We all should practice the same principle.  

 

I love the story behind your name.  It reminds me of the writing of Eckart Tolle ("The Power of Now").    Thank you for the generous and kind contributions you have made to get so many of us through this journey.     I do hope that we get to see you "pop in" from time to time.  

 

And...from my perspective, anyway, I never found your words repetitive.   They were always perfectly timed.   Regardless...even if you did have to repeat, our foggy minds needed them.
