Hello!

 

Just to share my info with others:

 

I've been on Cymbalta 60mg for more than 10 years.

 

In October 2013 I decided to quit, and after a horrible and unsuccessfull cold-turkey trial, I started counting the beads.

 

One capsule = +/- 570 beads.

 

Every day, I threw out 2 extra.

 

Yesterday, I threw out 284 beads, which means I'm half way! (570/2 = 285).

 

Today, I took a 30mg capsule. I counted the beads first: 292.

 

Tomorrow, I will throw out 2 beads. In about 145 days (so +/- 5 months) I will be free!

 

Until this moment, I haven't been experiencing ANY withdrawal effects.

 

This seems to be a good method. Slow but firm.

That's wonderful that you are having no w/d symptoms. Keep it up and let us know how you're doing.

I am also counting the beads and will be done on March 18th. Can't be soon enough for me. Slow &

steady is the only way I'll be able to get off this poison.
