Now that I have been off this poison for over 6 years, I hope to help others as they join us

Hey Gail...

I love your post re the nose piercing, tattoo and head shaving, but am out of "likes" again!  Would love to see your perfect head!! :)

I did wean off the Trazodone  - finished it about 3 weeks ago and it didn't seem to bother me.  Have been having trouble with sleeping for quite some time since off the crap, but this may have increased the problem.  Am now off the crap for 6 months and feel that I will just be one of those that will take up to a year, being an old broad.  Have few physical problems - sleeping being the main one.

Since the ACV tonic, have very little fibro or arthritic pain, for which I am ecstatic! :D  I know that the massage therapy helps as well.

Yes, the wedding has had me in anxiety hell, but I am working on that - thank God for my therapist.  It's just that FL to HI is a hell of a long trip - thankfully I will be stopping in Seattle to stay with my older son for 3 days before we continue on...

I will also stay w/him for a day on my return trip.  I tend to worry much and am trying to clear my mind.  I lived on Maui many years ago, so the thought of going is not a big deal for me!  Have never left my dogs for this long either...

I know that I will get through it and will try to enjoy - just hate the travel part.

That is a lotta time on a plane, TFL .... I'm assuming it's a non-stop out to the coast? Are you one to read books or listen to talking books, music on ipods, etc while flying?

I sure wish I could come down and doggy-sit for you ... the pooches and I could "Skype" you so you could get virtual face licks .... I bet they'd recognize your voice and be totally freaked trying to figure out where "mom" was....

Thanks, FN...

No, am changing planes to/from the coast - a good thing as I hate 5-6 hrs stuck in a tube up there!!  It also gives me a chance to get up and move around - the fibro and arthritis doesn't do well with all that sitting!

I also request a wheelchair as it is difficult to walk long distances with the osteoarthritis in my foot - Yikes!  I am really a mess of an old woman!  (Somewhat embarrassing, I might add :(

Wish I had an IPod!

Well, now's the time...and the "excuse" to get an ipod! Maybe you could tell your husband-to-be son that it'd make a perfect wedding gift for the "mother of the groom"? ;-)

I know from personal experience that tapering from trazadone can cause anxiety and insomnia.

Gail

Your mind's pretty okay too!
