I was thinking of getting the small little ziplock bags and storing beads in them as I remove. I could then snip the corner of the Baggie and use as a funnel to fill the gel cap. Anyone ever try this?

I didn't try this, but I would have if I'd thought about it. Good idea!

Read so many painful stories on here and offering others support while trying to heal myself from cymbalta and other antidepressents.

Had a scary incident, now thinking of getting off Cymbalta. I came for advice, support and friendship.

OMG, I was able to refill my RX today and the new RX is the same MG 30 but the color is different....why don't they know this kind of thing can set someone off, like maybe it's the wrong strength? Ok, so I thought I would test my pharmacist and ask him what he knew about bead counting and trying to wean myself off of Crapalta ....he sorta turned a wierd eyebrow and said, well just take one other day...then proceeded to tell me I could get 20 mg, but my dr has me on 30 mg, so he doesn't want to tell me what to do.
I said but do you know about all the side affects, etc...he said ?" Well all the psychotic drugs have side affects?"
So with all of my fuel from this wonderful website, I realized that he is an absolute idiot, and hey I like the guy but he just doesn't know!
I was able to get some gel capsules, my new RX and will continue taking less and less.
On the way home my husband said well why don't ya just go cold turkey, so a I told him I want to, but am afraid, and since this weekend we have to go out of town for my brothers birthday I don't think this is a good time to get crazy?! he understood.
I have a few days of staying home and reducing those wild beads! I even took a black placemat to try and control them but they are like jumping beans !

Umm, I just tried the baggie idea ... caused static cling ... omg ... static cling ...

ah the little things that make us smile

of course, in NM, it's pretty dry ... perhaps moister climates would have better luck.
