The doctor and I agreed on radio surgery for my spine. It's a fancy name, no surgery is done. It's precise radiation. Three treatments in one week and that's it. The goal is to protect the spine.

Just an FYI....found I had a leak in my hallway ceiling last nite and it turned out to be overflow pan from AC, all original from when my grandparents built the house in 1957....all has to be replaced including all moldy ducts, etc.  I have been crying since last nite and had to xxl therp appt for today.  Total cost???? $6000    Good thing I had compressor replaced 2 yrs ago.

 

I am feeling miserable   Now I have a 5yr loan at 24.9 interest

Forget to mention I have to take car in tomorrow - check engine lite has been on for 3 weeks and has never had a tune-up Had shots yesterday at Pain Mgmt Dr. and at least all is OK there.

Thank you both. It did me so much good that I wanted to stay longer but had no more meds. When you use hydromorphone, it has to come from the same drugstore. And their paxil was a different generic.

What a rate Liz! You would do better with the mafia! I had the check engine and it is not costly.

At least your pain is tolerable.

Going back to Montreal next Wednesday to make the mold, have a scan and MRI. In the weeks following That, I will have radiation surgery every other day. Three times total.

C'est la vie! I will be pampered again, meals cooked for me ah! A delight.

Hi sweet Raven, so nice to see you. I do hope you come back more more often.

Fishinghat, they said that I would lose 2 inches and a half of height after the 5 vertebrae fusion. Is that the reason that my body is deformed? It's like all descended in my flancs. And the tummy. I can barely look at myself. Those inches need to go somewhere I guess.

That's what happened alright. Don't think of it as fatter (which you aren't), just thin k of yourself as shorter. Due to my wife's surgeries she is 1 1/2" shorter. You are still Wonder Woman though.
