maybe i am the last to know about the web site mental health daily, but i was there tonight and this article tells it like it is regarding cymbalta withdrawal. i also find encouraging what it says about all the things we think are permanent, but aren't (like brain damage)

happy to share whenever i see something good - i can't keep it to myself! and yes zappalta, one of the reasons i liked the article so much is because of its layman's approach - very easy and interesting reading.

I'm exhausted and too brain tired to comprehend much of the article, but I have saved it for a "good day"! Gotta learn to eat and pace myself! Dang it, will I ever learn!!!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing the article!
