My deepest sympathy brz. You have to make choices about what is best for you. If this is the route you feel you need to take then go forward with my best wishes. You will be missed. Remember, we will always be here fir yoou even if youo just want to blow off steam.

As FH says, you have to do what you have to do. I will miss you, just want to add that I believe that discontinuation is also part of what is going on besides marital problems.
Even though you say that withdrawal is over, that what is causing the anxiety and depression is caused by only those problems. It can take one year and more to get those wires repaired.
Bon voyage Brz, I will miss your blog!

I have always enjoyed your posts-- I laughed and I cried!
Whether discontinuation ever totally ends is moot, and it's probably a discussion not worth having-- but we agree on one thing: this experience changes us and those around us. There are BC people (before Cymbalta) that I can no longer tolerate, and for one of those relationships to re-start, somebody would have to pretend. BC that would have been me.
I wish that you flourish and find peace dear friend.

i am more convinced than ever that we must take responsibility for our healing. we do have control over how we react to our experiences - no i am not talking about control over the experience itself - but the choices we make regarding the experience
YOU CAN AND WILL get to a place of feeling joy again. its all in what you tell yourself.
love,
brz
