Has Anyone Tried This Method Of Alternating?

Going back and forth between, say, 50 and 40 mg, every other day for a particular length of time, so that it sort of evens out to be like taking 55mg? And then go down to the 40 after a while?

This doesn't work for the simple reason of the short half life. On the days you take only 40mg you will have withdrawal symptoms. You may need to go back to the 50mg and get stable then bead count from there.

Bead counting and a slow tapering is the only way to reduce the withdrawal symptoms.

Ramona it didn't work for me and I was only on a 20 mg dose >it actually pushed me into c/t which looking back was not a good idea .
