I don't know anyone who has! That's why I really appreciate this website.

(In fact, my sister was on Cymbalta a few years ago, and managed to taper off over a few weeks. She just had a couple effects...brain zaps, dizziness...then she was fine.)

Most people that I talk to are stunned that this could even happen. Sometimes it's hard that no one around me has a clue what this feels like. I mean, I wouldn't want them to have gone through this...it's just hard when you feel alone in this. So again, this website is much appreciated!

I know of 4. This includes two who had been on it for years and came off of it with no withdrawal symptoms. Go Figure!!

I need help and I know I will feel better if I can offer help to others

My own brother goes on and off it like it was nothing and he is older than me.

Meanwhile I could barely walk myself from my couch which I was using as my bed to the bathroom without leaning on the walls and my Hubbie filled bottles of water for me to drink while he was away for the first 12 days.

Mind you I did taper off too fast and went cold turkey from 15 mg but my brother was taking 60mg and dropped to 30mg for 5 days then off. It just isn't fair.

Really like fishinghat says "go figure"
