Defining "stable"

Please bear with me for another question... :)

 

I've read again and again that someone can wean "when stable." For instance, if you had to go back up in dose, you need to wait until you're stable before coming down again.

 

Are you "stable" when you are not experiencing ANY symptoms whatsoever? Or just not feeling overwhelming ones?

 

(BTW, I've been counting down beads for the past 5 days.)

Stable - The state where you have improved to the point you are feeling consistent and tolerable.

 

Start weaning again when your body/mind feels like it is strong enough to handle it. You will know when you are ready.
