    Additional support outside my atmosphere.

Okay, so I started counseling this week and the 1st session seemed to go well. We,discussed my background and support systems. She asked me if Bipolarism ran in my family. I didn't know how to answer that. I know depression does, but not sure about that.

We talked about cognitive behavioral therapy and meditation. These are things that FH suggested and I am open to them. She thinks we can eventually get to that.

The only thing is that I am 4 months with no Sinbalta and today I feel like I hit a brick wall. My husband keeps reminding me that since I was on it for over a year, then it can take up to a year to recover from it. Usually this starts a argument because I feel like he's patronizing me when he's not. But tonight even though it was a argument we settled it peacefully for the most part.

I still feel lost sometimes though. I'm surrounded by people who care for and love me. I hate that I feel so emotionless at times. It hurts those around me.

Sorry to ramble on, but I needed to put it somewhere.

Love you all,
Raven

Raven. You are in the hardest part right now. This is where you need the most patience. Over the next 2 months you should start seeing glimpses of daylight. Just an hour there and an hour here but it does slowly improve. Just hang on.
