How do I tell my college/school about my bipolar/depression and the side effects my medication is having on me? I'm so lost as to what to do?!

Can your doctor write them a letter?

Do you have a teacher you feel you can talk to? Some teachers are amazing and would do anything to help a student. Even if they're not officially a counsellor or whatever they may be able to help you.

If i were you I'd also try to have the information leaflet from the medication to show/give the school - they may be able to put it on file for you so that you don't have to keep repeating your story.

good luck,

Maureen.
