is it OK to go from the generic to the Cymbalta is it dangerous? ARE THE TWO DIFFERENT? Am at -30 beads from 30mg... Should I just continue on the generic(Duloxetine) or should I switch to the real Cymbalta
thanks

My opinion on this is that if you are used to the generic, why change? I wouldn't.
Nothing dangerous about switching to Cymbalta, it's just that between the two, there can be a slight difference in force. One can be stronger than the other specially with different generics. Always stick with the same generic, always!
hey gail the reason I want to switch is that the beads in my generic are all different sizes thus making for an uneven temper(meaning each bead has different amount of medication). The beads in the Cymbalta-non generic are all same size, thus, making for a more even temper, because each bead has the same amount of medication...

'taper'
In other words, I'm tapering off the drug, and doing that with the non-generic makes for smoother tapering.. make sense?
