Was on Lexapro for 10 years for Social Anxiety. Have been on Cymbalta (60mg) for 2 years for Anxiety/Depression.

Just started the 1%/day tapering process. My "Current" Daily routine is as follows...

Morning Before Eating

• L-Theanine

Meditation

With breakfast

• Meds
• B Vitamins
• Fish Oil
• Vitamin D
• Digestive Enzymea

Before Bed
• Magnesium
• Swanson Sleep Essentials

------------------

Im looking for advice from people who have done the research and the trial and error and have discovered a good post-tapering regimen.

Ive done some reading on Nootropic's...

https://www.reddit.c.../wiki/beginners

The natural approach makes sense to me...

https://www.braintro...ootropic-stack/

The amount of info out there is a little overwhelming however St Johns Wort, Ginkgo Biloba, L-Tyrosine, L-Tryptophan are a few items on my short list to ad to my post Cymbalta daily routine.

Thanks

Lots of good info there however im interested in hearing from people who have successfully gotten off anti-depressants and done the research and the trial and error and have discovered a good natural regimen that is working well for them.

I understand. I have went that route and have nothing but bad drug reactions and side effects. I am afraid no good info here.
