A shame to have to report as it is largely known as a safe drug, but Hat and I (and others of course) try to keep you all informed of recent findings to keep things safe...

In all but one case, normal function was resumed and rhodiola was a possible factor in one case. The final case left unreported - so not quite as bad as it all seems.

Interesting. Must Ashwagandha supplements contain Piper nigrum (black pepper root) and black pepper root has been linked to liver damage, interfering with the CYP enzyme system in the stomach and other liver injuries. I wonder if the authors considered that.

Interesting point... very interesting.

 

I have never had it with pepper having said that.
