I wonder if it would also be beneficial to send a copy to the FDA. It would be something of a comsumer alert. It would be a way of indicating that complete information would be appreicated when a medication is approved.

Skip the petitions and go straight to action. The FDA, pharmaceutical cartel, doctors, and the general medical establishment are all in bed together. Don't even bother with them. CYMBALTA IS A NIGHTMARE. I have been working for 3 weeks to wean myself off this horrible medication that I was taking for neuropathy.....chemotherapy-induced from being diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer in 2006. Taxol caused severe nerve damage, which is why I even attempted Cymbalta. Nothing else was working.

You may want to view this website for natural cures for stomachaches caused by Cymbalta. I am experiencing all the typical side affects as I go through the weaning process to get OFF Cymbalta. I hate prescription drugs.http://www.mothernat...ooks/18/120.cfm

Watch this interesting video. PAY ATTENTION CLOSELY ABOUT CYMBALTA!!!!

or type in "How to Sue Drug Companies for Free"

Also, type in "Brain Zaps & Antidepressants" to view another brief, thought-provoking presentation at YouTube as well.

ANOTHER: Type in "A woman from New Zealand goes through Withdrawal Hell Part 1" at YouTube and watch this video. It's about Paxil, but I am experiencing the same withdrawals off Cymbalta as I did on Paxil. There was a Class Action Lawsuit against Paxil a few years ago. I missed the boat and didn't get in on it. I will be watching for this to happen with Cymbalta and will not miss the boat this time.

This segment filmed by Television New Zealand tells the story of a woman who was diagnosed with Obsessive compulsive disorder at the age of 18. Following her diagnosis she was put on what then was thought to be the wonder drug Aropax (Paxil in the United States, Seroxat in the United Kingdom). She stayed on the drug for 8 years. During these 8 years she experienced adverse effects like so many others experience while taking antidepressants. She talks about depression, suicidal thoughts and panic attacks. After deciding to quit taking the drug she experiences 3 months of withdrawal hell.

Hi, I'm new to this site. I posted a rather lengthy reply on "Numerous Court Cases scheduled in 2008" and will not take up space reposting it here, but feel free to take a look. I would love to sign any petition or participate in any action against Cymbalta! Just point me in the right direction. I have not endured close to what some others have suffered through, especially those who actually lost their lives to this stuff, but I want to do what I can to keep others from having to suffer due to the lack of information provided by the makers of Cymbalta!

Well, shoot. Last post was back in March. I'm hoping I didn't miss the boat. Any updates on law suits, class action law suits or whatever? Would like to get in on anything that stops this medication from ruining others as it almost did me. Note I said "almost". I refuse to give in to the after effects, the pain in my body and pain that I use to have in my mind.

I don't know about the link above, but if you go to the FDA website home page, there is a link to the MedWatch report form. Follow that link to file a report with the FDA.

I'm trying to see if the original creator of the petition would consider doing another one. Now that a few years have gone by. Something needs to be done.
